Have you ever heard the quote from Ben Franklin, “For every minute spent organizing, an hour is earned.” ? When it comes to business, this really couldn’t ring more true. There are lots of things we do every day that may only take one minute to accomplish (like finding a digital file or answering an email). But if you could reduce the time you spend doing any of these tasks by 50% because you had a system in place, the extra time can truly add up! Digital Files: Organizing them so they can be found in about 30 seconds
Email: Filtering out things that don’t matter, turning off notifications, decluttering, having a folder system in place
