You may have heard the acronym before: KPI, but do you know what it stands for or why they are important? KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator and these are important because they are a great tool to track how you’re doing in business and what you’re actually accomplishing over time. These goals are also always super specific to the purpose of your business. By sitting down to identify your KPIs and finding ways to measure them, you will be motivated to be more intentional with your time and decision-making, rather than just busy. I’ll share some of the KPIs I track in my business in hopes of motivating you to make a point to identify yours today if you haven’t already.
